Villa Tin Dinoti with pool is located in the picturesque and oldest settlement on the island of Brač in Škrip.
Škrip is a traditional Dalmatian small vilage builed form stones, with only 200 inhabitants. By external decoration we used traditional materials, the famous Brač stone, for villas to better fit into the traditional architecture. Villa Tin is situated at the end of Škrip, on a hill, so you have a great open view to the sea, Split, Omiš and Makarska area (251m asl). To make our guests stay in Škrip as comfortable as possible we have equipped our villas with all necessary equipment and carefully decorated the interior and exterior. This Villa is ideal for guests to enjoy the intimacy and relaxing atmosphere away from the noise, yet only a few kilometers away from the cultural and administrative center of the island of Brač, the town of Supetar.
In order to protect the privacy of our guests Villa Tin is rented as a standalone unit with a garden, terrace and private pool.
Villa Tin provides comfortable accommodation for 8 people in 135 m2 of internal space and 100 m2 of terraces. From the living room there is an open passage to the terraces and pool. It is built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, and the basic material used in external decoration is famous Brač stone, while the horticulture decorated with traditional plants and lawn. In front of the villa are two covered parking. Villa is build on two floors.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room with a large table, living room (40 m2), 1 bedroom (12.5 m2) with bathroom and shower (5 m2) and separate toilet (4 m2), outdoor terrace with sundeck 100m2.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (18 m2 / 17 m2) and two bathrooms with showers (5 m2 / 7m2), 2 terrace (11.5 m2 / 6m2).
Outdoor pool: 4 x10, 40 m2.
Equipment: dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, water heater, blender, hand blender, fridge with freezer, washing machine, a smaller LCD televisions in each bedroom, large TV in the living room, MAX TV, steam iron, ironing board, free Internet, sun loungers by the pool, outdoor furniture, outdoor big stop to eat, outdoor gas grill. For each guest are provided 4 towels, 1 large for the pool, and three different sizes for the bathroom. Villa is equipped with modern system of heating and cooling through heat pumps and fan coils, so the Villa can be used all year round. Villa Tin is furnished with quality furniture custom-made to provide maximum comfort to every guest.
Security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. The security deposit will be fully refunded on departure day, if no damage is done to Property or its content.
