Welcome to Vila Margita! This pretty holiday house with an Adriatic sea view is situated in Sumartin, a picturesque fishing village on the island of Brac. Hidden from site in Pine woods it offers perfect peace and commodity in a truly Mediterranean surrounding only 200m from the sea and beach. The nature surrounding the house has been untouched yet enriched with typical Mediterranean plants and flowers. It has been tastefully decorated combining antique and modern furniture and would suit families or friends looking to holiday in a lovely setting and be within walking distance of beaches, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. The house includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a queen sized and a single bed, a bathroom, a living room, a large kitchen/dining room and a garden. The living room and kitchen open to a spacious sunny terrace (3x9m)where you can enjoy the sun as well as natural shade. Dining is ensured both indoors as well as on the terrace. The house has everything you need to ensure your stay is a pleasant one: air-conditioning, TV, Internet, enough parking space, pets allowed. All linen is supplied including towels and there is a washing machine exclusively for the guests use. The sofa in the living room can be spread into a double bed. Sumartin is a picturesque fishing village on the island of Brac, connected by farry with Makarska. It is a peaceful island resort that can ensure you relaxation, beautiful crystal clear sea and great sea food in a typical Mediterranean atmosphere and only a 20 minute drive from the tourist attraction Bol Zlatni rat and its attractive beaches and night clubs. Sumartin has 4 natural beaches with showers, and if you rent a boat you can explore the numerous nearby bays.
