This brand new four star apartment is located centrally at the upper old town of Bol with close distance walk (less than 100m) to gorgeous beach, market and charming restaurants. With only 1 min to the city center and 1 min to the beach or supermarket, you don't have to worry about being forgetful :) This charming apartment is carefully arranged to respond to all your holiday needs and worries. Perfectly located and fully equipped leaves your comfort zone just as it is supposed to be! The total area of the interior of the apartment is 60m2 and consists of two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. • "Southern" bedroom has a fabulous balcony overlooking the Adriatic sea and the Island of Hvar. It consists of a king size bed, wardrobe, computer desk, LED TV and Air Conditioner. • "Northern" bedroom has a stunning view of Vidova gora (highest peak on the Island of Brač). It consists of a two single beds (which can covert in a king size bed - see the photo), wardrobe, computer desk, LED TV and Air Conditioner. • Living room has a sofa, dinning table and chairs, big LED TV and Air Conditioner. • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a full-size stove and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave to cookware, tableware and utensils • Bathroom Exterior is a one of a kind in the old town of Bol.
